Free Plan
You can scan up to 10 cards per day using AI — it identifies the player, set, year, card number, and estimates the condition and grade. Your first 50 cards are stored in your collection with photos and value estimates. You can also import cards via CSV and browse the Set Tracker to see what sets exist.
You can still view and manage your existing 50 cards but you won't be able to scan or add new ones until you upgrade. Your data is never deleted — upgrading restores full access immediately.
Yes — the same AI engine powers all plans. Free users get the same card identification and condition analysis as paid users, just limited to 10 scans per day.
You can browse the Set Tracker and see available sets, but checking off owned cards and generating a personal checklist requires the Collector plan.
Collector Plan — $19/mo
No cap. Whether you have 200 or 20,000 cards, the Collector plan stores them all with full AI data — photos, condition scores, grades, value estimates, set info, and ownership history.
You get a personal URL (e.g. mycardbase.com/u/yourusername) that showcases your collection. Other collectors can browse, make offers on cards you've marked for sale, and contact you. You control which cards are visible.
Bulk Intake lets you photograph cards rapidly on your phone and let the AI process them in the background. You then review the results on desktop — confirming, adjusting, or skipping each one. It's designed for sorting boxes of 100+ cards at a time rather than scanning one by one.
Set a target value for any card in your collection. When eBay sold comp data shows a card hitting your target price — either up or down — you'll receive a notification. Useful for knowing when to sell a card you've been holding.
Yes — Collector and Dealer plans can export the full collection as a CSV with all fields: player, year, set, card number, condition scores, grade, value estimates, and photos URLs. Useful for insurance documentation, trade lists, or offline backups.
If you've submitted cards to PSA, BGS, or SGC, you can log the submission and track its status. When grades come back you can record the official grade and it updates your collection value automatically.
Dealer Plan — $99/mo
Pro Evaluation runs a real-time lookup against the CardSight AI catalog (8M+ card database) and cross-references with recent eBay sold comps to give you a verified low/mid/high market price for any card. It also provides PSA 9 and PSA 10 graded value estimates. Results are cached for 24 hours so repeat lookups are instant.
From any card in your collection, you can push it directly to eBay with a single click. Title, description, category, and starting price are pre-populated from your card data. You can edit before publishing. Sold cards are automatically marked in your collection.
The basic value estimate on Free and Collector plans comes from AI training data — it's a reasonable ballpark but may be months out of date. Pro Evaluation queries live CardSight market data and actual recent eBay sold transactions, so it reflects what the card is genuinely trading for today.
Yes. The Dealer plan removes all scan limits so you can run sessions as long as needed. Combine it with lot management — group commons by sport, year, or team into lots for bulk eBay listings — and location tagging so you know which physical box or binder each card is in.
Priority support is handled via a dedicated email queue with guaranteed response within one business day. For urgent issues during a large intake session, we offer live chat during business hours.
Yes — cancel anytime from your account page and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data stays in the system for 90 days after cancellation so you can export it before it's removed.

Yes. All card photos and data are stored securely. We don't sell your collection data to third parties. Your public storefront only shows what you explicitly mark as public.
You can upgrade at any time and the new features are available immediately. If you upgrade mid-month you'll be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Card identification uses CardSight AI — a purpose-built sports card recognition model trained on 8M+ cards with 99.5% accuracy. Condition analysis, grade estimation, and set generation use Google Gemini. Pro Evaluation cross-references both CardSight and eBay's Marketplace API for live pricing.
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid plan, contact support for a full refund. After 7 days, we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods.
